Unger is stepping down as Minister of strategic affairs → alertnet.org

Which is I think mildly tragic. The world of good he was doing and could continue to do for Brazil, cannot be overstated. Let’s hope the corruption and directionlessness of Lula’s pre Unger government do not return.

Colombian army killed many innocents, Uribe has no blood on his hands → miamiherald.com

Which is frankly appalling. The man is either a fantastic liar, or horrendously myopic. Either way, to suggest that he is innocent or that the blood is not on his hands, is preposterous and nothing more than ethical gerrymandering.

Shut up! Announcing your plans makes you less motivated to accomplish them. → sivers.org

This explains why I seem to have limitless lack of follow through. I never fail to get too excited about a project, and tell everyone I know. And then proceed to ignore that project.
